1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Contacto Inmo platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Service Description
Contacto Inmo is a platform that facilitates real estate management, enabling communication between real estate agents and tenants, tracking of payments and incidents, and administration of property-related documents.
3. Subscription Plans and Trial Period
All our subscription plans include a 30-day trial period until the first payment is made. The Freemium plan is available free of charge for a period of 1 year. After the trial period or the free year of the Freemium plan, the corresponding charges will apply according to the selected plan, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of that period.
4. Registration and User Accounts
To use certain features of our platform, you will need to register and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and keep this information updated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Collect user information without their consent.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform.
- Distribute malware or harmful content.
6. Payments and Transactions
Our platform facilitates certain financial transactions between users. We are not responsible for disputes that may arise between parties involved in these transactions. All transactions are subject to verification and may be rejected if deemed suspicious or fraudulent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the property of Contacto Inmo and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written authorization.
8. User Content
By posting content on our platform, you grant Contacto Inmo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in connection with our services. You are responsible for the content you post and confirm that you have the necessary rights to such content.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Contacto Inmo, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the platform or any content or service obtained through it.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contacto Inmo from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
